Entry Fees cover the processing of the entry forms; therefore NO REFUNDS will be provided.2. That's Entertainment reserves the right to cancel any competition due to lack of participation, or change locations or dates due to circumstances beyond our control. That's Entertainment also reserves the right to subtract or add days to any given competition as needed and to schedule accordingly. Please be prepared for extended or shortened events.3. Age Groups:Mini Dancers: 4 & under (must perform in the Precompetitive level)Jr. Ages: 5-6yrs 7-8yrs 9-10yrs 11-12yrs Senior Ages: 13-14yrs 15-16yrs 17-19yrsAdult Ages: 20 & upAge is as of date of regional competition. For Duet/Trio and G/L/P, the average age determines the age group in which they will compete. Add the ages of all contestants and divide by the number of contestants. If the average ends in .5 or higher, round up to the next age category. Proof of age may be required. Whatever age group contestants perform at the Regional level, it will be the same at the National Finals.4. Title age divisions: Jr Miss/ Jr Mister (12 and under) Miss/Mister (13 and up)(See titles page for more information and details.)5. All routines should be designed for a family audience. Inappropriate routines, music or lyrics could be cause for point deductions or disqualification, and will not be eligible for the National Finals.6. Any routines with extensive prop setup, costuming and/or makeup needing extra time to get ready must make their request on the entry form at the time of entry. There is a 2 minute setup and breakdown time limit. Overtime charges after 2 minutes incur fees. Point deductions will also be assessed if not requested at the time of entry.7. All routines are adjudicated and ordinally scored. Placement awards will be given for First, Second and Third place. Trophies are given to each person in a Solo, Duet or Trio. Trophies are given to each routine in a Group, Line or Production.8. Good sportsmanship is expected from all throughout the competition, both in the Event room(s) and dressing room(s). Any unsportsmanlike behavior may be cause for disqualification.9. NO COACHING. After the performance has been announced, speaking to or coaching of a performer from anyone, anywhere may be cause for point deduction or disqualification. Teachers may place performers in the 2-4 age categories ONLY, but may not coach them. * Judges' decisions are final. 10. Costumes must not reflect the performers studio affiliation in anyway.11. Performers, studio directors or any individuals may not offer gifts, favors or special treatment of any kind to the judges or the That's Entertainment Staff.12. Competitors who do not compete in the scheduled session will not be eligible for high score awards. (If the high score award was already presented.) Regional Events Only13. Competitors that do not complete a routine for any reason (i.e., leaves the stage) will be ADJUDICATED ONLY and not eligible for placement or high score awards. 14. No flash photography or videography. .5pt deduction per judge per flash may be taken at judges discretion as well as videography.15. That's Entertainment and the hosting venue are not responsible for lost or stolen articles and are not responsible for awards or photos that are not claimed at the event.16. Photogenic entries must be entered in advance and all photos must be brought to the event by the director of each school and turned in one hour before the first session and given to the MC. The photos will be judged before the start of the event. Any photos submitted after the designated time will not be judged and will not receive a refund. Winners will be selected in the Junior and Senior levels. All photos must be claimed by the end of the event. That's Entertainment is not responsible for the condition of, or the returning of photos.
